How do I make a reservation?

Do you offer travel insurance?
No, but they are available to you.
What is the difference between a hotel and a vacation rental?
With the vacation rental you have the opportunity to rent a home to get more space, yard, and a customize experience
What are the check-in and check-out procedures?
There is a smart lock on each property. You will receive a digital guest book with the code to get into the property. All properties have a self-check-in after 4:00 PM on the day of your reservation. Check-out is at 10:00 AM on all properties.
How do we communicate with the host?
You will receive a digital guest book with a phone number and an email if you need anything from the homeowner. There is also an emergency maintenance line in your guidebook.
What is your cancellation policy?
Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
What are the office hours?
